SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 4

Relating to the mailing of bills and journals.

            Resolved by the Senate:

            That during the regular and any extraordinary session of the eighty-second Legislature the Clerk of the Senate is hereby authorized to have mailed from the Senate document room copies of bills and daily journals of the Senate; the expenses of such mailing, including postage, to be paid out of the contingent fund of the Senate by the Auditor of West Virginia, in advance of the appropriation therefor, under requisition drawn by the Clerk of the Senate.
